I got in a great anaerobic cardio workout in last night…..burpees, jump rope, heavy bag circuits. I also woke up this morning and took a run before work, a horrible horrible run. My time was fine, but I’m getting over being sick and it really kicked my butt. Half way through I’m thinking “why am I doning this today?”, but it was worth it. I’m going to try to get some RT in tonight.

The great thing about runs, when you’re at that half way point and hurting… you’ve still got to get home! Good job pushing through the pain. I know the answer to your question, you’re doing this because you want a change, you want to be a better person. Keep it up!

Nice workout - Pushing through is important - separates them from us.
