I love you spartacus workout.  I hate you spartacus workout.  No, just kidding, I love you spartacus workout.

Man this workout sucks.  It is helping me stay motivated though, which is always positive.  I hate thinking about it.  I hate starting it even more, but finishing it feels very very good. 

I’m kicking around the idea of running in the mornings again, so we’ll see where I end up with that next week.  I can’t promise anything in February, but I’m going to think about it.
